sobagotchi is a personal accountability tracker. you decide what you're tracking and why. the app gives you a daily check-in and hatches a pixel companion for each day you show up. what you choose to track is your decision and your responsibility.
sobagotchi is not a medical, therapeutic, or clinical tool. it does not provide health advice, diagnoses, or treatment. it is not a substitute for professional care. if you need support, the app includes crisis resources.
you must be at least 13 years old to use sobagotchi.
your check-ins, sobii, and progress belong to you. all of this data lives on your device and is never sent to our servers. we process only what's needed to provide the service (feedback messages, subscription events). see our privacy policy for details.
subscriptions are billed and managed by apple. they auto-renew until you cancel through your apple id settings. go to settings > apple id > subscriptions on your device to manage or cancel. we do not handle payments or have access to your payment information.
don't use sobagotchi to do anything illegal, try to access other people's data, or interfere with the app's operation.
you can delete all your data at any time by uninstalling the app. everything is stored on your device, so uninstalling removes it completely. if you've sent feedback through the app, that message is stored on our server but is not tied to your identity.
the app is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. we do our best to keep things working, but we can't guarantee the app will be available, error-free, or uninterrupted at all times.
sobagotchi is a support tool, not a safety net. we are not liable for decisions you make while using the app, or for any outcomes related to what you choose to track.
we may update these terms. continued use of sobagotchi means you accept the current terms.
